MESSAGE to Brownsville Police: "How Many More Atrocities will be Allowed?"

 Kermith Sonnier, Jr. was stalked and shot by two white police officers in the state of Pennsylvania.

        Apparently it is "Open Season" on citizens as law enforcement officers are stalking people at gunpoint and then shooting them as though they are wild game.One must address the mindset of the individual who is capable of committing such distorted behavior.One must address the true intent of an agency that practices the violent shooting of unarmed people as standard operating procedure; referring to such acts as "clean," or "done according to policy".One must also address the detrimental effects that are caused by this agency and by a government that supports and protects its' continued operations of desecrating basic human rights.Redstone Township Officer H. Dennis Fields and Brownsville Borough Officer Autumn Fike forced an unarmed man, namely,  Kermith Sonnier, Jr., into a vehicular chase that led to a wooded area near Brownsville Pennsylvania, where they then shot him in the back and killed him. He was 37 years old and a native of Oberlin, Louisiana.
        Assistant District Attorney Nancy Vernon said she saw "no problem", with the incident.Had the incident involved a member of Ms. Vernon's family, her Mama, perhaps, I imagine her perception of the event would be quite different.I can tell you that I see a huge problem in the events that took place on May 5th when my cherished friend was brutally murdered by Dennis Fields and Autumn Fike. I see a huge problem in Nancy Vernon's position as Assistant District Attorney when she condones inhuman acts of murder. I see the need for a public outcry and insistence that these conditions change immediately. Had these issues been acted upon when State Trooper Samuel Nassan committed the cowardly act of  killing a 12-year-old child named Michael Ellerbe, shooting him in the back as he climbed over a fence, perhaps my dear and brilliant friend would not have been gunned down in cold blood?
        How many more atrocities shall be allowed?
        How may I, a Louisiana resident, incite the change that is so obviously needed? How does a person like Nancy Vernon, who is so desensitized to the plight of the human condition, land a position of authority, enabling her social deviance to wreak havoc upon townspeople?
        Why do psychological misfits such as Autumn Fike and Dennis Fields secure jobs in the field of criminal justice, where, along with other defective humans, they comprise a collective effort called law enforcement which has so obviously become the disease and not the cure. I challenge Ms. Vernon, Ms. Fike, and/or Mr. Fields, to submit a logical explanation that would justify the murder of my beloved friend Kermith Sonnier, Jr.! I challenge each citizen to become appropriately appalled by the ongoing and disgustingly sadistic, human rights violations committed in this country, against our own brothers and sisters, by law enforcement officers and sanctioned by governmental officials who openly display an abnormal and inhuman attitude of indecency and a sickening disregard for life!

HE HAD A LIFE! Two men dressed in police officer uniforms, who thought they could play GOD, took it from him.This wonderful,kindhearted,loving,generous but,sometimes ,shall we say ,very free spirited man who loved to live life was ,at one time, the love of my life,the man of my dreams, my husband.I had been wondering for some time now about my first love,my first husband, Kermith Sonnier Jr.I Googled his name and came across this article.I was shocked and disturbed to read that the man I was looking for and had not seen in 10 yrs.had been brutally shot and killed by two police officers.I did'nt belive that this could be the same Kermith Sonnier that I was looking for.I read a couple of other articles and realized "IT'S HIM"I was in shock.I can not believe that this had happened.Although I had not seen Kermith Jr.in some time I felt a very deep feeling of loss.In my search to find answers and closure, I Instead found more questions.Questions will forever be unanswered.I will never get to tell him that he was the one who gave me my first glimpse at what love is.He was the first man to ever make me feel wanted.He made me feel like I was the most beautiful girl in the world..He made me feel like I was somebody.For the first time in my life i was actually wanted by a man for more than one thing.Although we had a rough and short marriage,It was trully an experience that brought lots of mistakes,and lessons learned hard.We made many mistakes and alot of the wrong choices some of them more than once.We both paid our dues to society for the things we did do but,we also paid for some things we did not do.Kermith Sonnier Jr.was if nothing else a good husband and friend.Even after 10 years,I in no way will ever believe that Kermith Jr.should have lost his life by the same hands that were supposed to serve and protect him.I honestly do not and will not believe that the two officers had such a fear for their lives that two men had to shoot and kill one man in the back.Im not believing it.If there was anything that i did know about Jr. It is the fact that he did not want to go back to prison and he would never intentionally hurt anyone......IF ANY OF KERMITH JR'S FAMILY MEMBERS SEE THIS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME FOR ANY REASON.WE MAY BE ABLE TO ANSWER SOME UNANSWERED QUESTIONS FOR ALL OF US.I AM A FIRM BELIEVER OF THE CHRIST OUR MIGHTY LORD AND WILL ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AS HONESTLY AS MEMORY WILL LET ME..THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ WHAT I HAVE TO EXPRESS ABOUT THIS SITUATION.CONTACT ME AT:babygurl03211977@yahoo.com

The man should have pulled over when the police tried to stop him. I don't care what color hs is. Race isn't the issue here. Why didn't he stop ? He must have had something to hide. These police officers put their lives on the line to protect the citizens of our country. If someone tried to run me over I would have shot too. When you run from the police, there is something really wrong.

Get some officers of color in these positions and let them see for themselves what goes on in both the black and white neighborhoods. You would be surprised, or would you??????

Autumn Fike is a bitch cop on a power trip...she has a serious anger problem that needs addressed before more people are hurt unnecessarily. She's just a little girl hiding behind her gun and her badge n karma will be comin for her ass, she now works in Connellsville where she makes assumptions with no basis and acts out of anger NOT THE LAW. But regarding this issue...shooting an unarmed man in the back is not self defense you ignorant morons it's MURDER, and if you were black then you would know that you are guilty in their eyes just because you're black, so yes running from the DEVIL is the proper reaction.

My name is SAMANTHA FIKE. My mother is Officer Autumn Fike and I accept your petty challenge. I am here to explain to you on my own behalf what happened to your beloved crack head friend. But first I would like to address those mentally ill people whom have commented that my mother is on a power trip and or is a bitch. I'm sorry that my mother isn't a low life who has a drug problem such as yourself and she doesn't have the time to deal with people like you who have petty comments to make because she is to busy putting you type of people behind bars were YOU belong and if you even had ANY fucking balls you would have signed your name to it. My mother has a career to lose if she would act out however I DON'T and I'm anything but afraid of cowards like you. So on that note why don't you make another posting on here and step to ME because guess what I DON'T have a gun or a badge for you to use as a sorry excuse! Oh and by the way my mother doesn't need that badge or that gun and I know for a fact that's why she held down the streets of Brownsville for almost 10 years by her self. People don't fear my mother they respect her and I'm a prime example. I will also note that all information I am about to expose never came from the lips of my mother but is however available to the public in many other ways. Do the research yourself if you find it necessary. I PERSONALLY know from people who reside in the Brownsville area that this acclaimed "good person" was nothing but a CRACK ADDICT and it was also posted in the paper that cocaine or cooked cocaine AKA crack WAS found in his system so let's begin by calling a spade a spade. So now that you know that maybe it can give you a better perspective of what happened that day. He, who's name shall never cross my lips due to the fact that it would be an honor to the disgusting man who attempted to kill police officers and not only police officers but MY MOTHER, ran from the police that night because he was caught for the second time alone (like that isn't suspicious) smoking crack obviously on PRIVATE PROPERTY and was about to be arraigned CAUSING a huge HIGH SPEED pursuit which soon involved several other police departments including a state police squad car. So now that you have THOSE facts correct I will move on with the rest of the REAL story because I went to EVERY court hearing for this incident including the inquiry. The enraged drug addict then led the police to a dead end circle of houses which turned out not to be a dead end. Since this man was driving a truck he managed to drive it up a quad path in order to try to escape the police. Then at the bottom of the hill officers bravely continued the pursuit on foot under the assumption that he couldn't turn his truck around and that he was cornered so they could arraign the estranged man. To their surprise the man managed to turn his truck around and came driving down the hill like the mad man he hit a log which flew through the air striking MY MOTHER in the knees taking her to the ground. The man proceeded to the bottom of the hill where he began to smash his vehicle into police squad car AND civilian vehicles as well. As he attempted to run police over and KILL them with his truck, due to the fear for their own lives (which is in the police officers hand book that they should only use deadly force when they feel their lives are being threatened so BOOM HUNNY there is your justification, happy now? i am! ), the command was given to open fire and by the GRACE OF GOD that crack head died that night instead of my mother and or several other loved and respected good police officers from our local area. After that incident I was literally sick for weeks! To be a 16 year old girl and have the thought cross my mind that my mother almost died because some asshole wanted to get high and didn't want to be help responsible for his actions ,like a 5 year old, I was physically, mentally, and emotionally ill. Then for this man's father to try to make this out to look like his son the suspect was a victim just made me laugh. It truly is amazing what people who have large amounts of money THINK they can do. Dear Mr. Sonnier Sr. I'm sorry to break the news to you but your son was nothing but a fucking crack head who hated the cops and almost accomplished killing one or more than night like he wanted to. You Mr. Sonnier are a sick sick man. If that was my son I would have put my tail between my legs put my head down in shame said my peace and left it alone but not before thanking the police officers that tried to help your son that night. They tried to help him by putting him away so he could maybe TRY to get off the crack cocaine but noooo he had to be a moron, which I can now see like father like son, and try to retaliate in an obliviated stoned rage. And then you really gave me a giggle or two I mean why would you try to fight it and continue to make a public spectacle out of him as he did very well on his own when he roamed this lovely earth?! Do you smoke crack too?! I mean come on. Ohhhh wait that's right you're a very "wealthy" man and just like most all other rich people you pinched every penny and were trying to do it again over your son's dead body. You sir are an embarrassment to yourself, your family, and your poor sad son. And with that I would like to express one more thing...I LOVE YOU MOMMA!!!! WITHOUT YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL GUIDANCE AND WARM HEARTED LOVE I WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN THE AMAZING DAUGHTER I TURNED OUT TO BE! THERE IS NO MOTHER IN THIS WORLD GREATER I TRULY WOULD HAVE IT NO OTHER WAY, I'M MORE THAN PROUD TO BE YOUR DAUGHTER!!!!! boy oh boy do I feel better now that the truth is out! ;) love ya momma beans!!!!
