MESSAGE to Brownsville Police: "How Many More Atrocities will be Allowed?"

 Kermith Sonnier, Jr. was stalked and shot by two white police officers in the state of Pennsylvania.

        Apparently it is "Open Season" on citizens as law enforcement officers are stalking people at gunpoint and then shooting them as though they are wild game.One must address the mindset of the individual who is capable of committing such distorted behavior.One must address the true intent of an agency that practices the violent shooting of unarmed people as standard operating procedure; referring to such acts as "clean," or "done according to policy".One must also address the detrimental effects that are caused by this agency and by a government that supports and protects its' continued operations of desecrating basic human rights.Redstone Township Officer H. Dennis Fields and Brownsville Borough Officer Autumn Fike forced an unarmed man, namely,  Kermith Sonnier, Jr., into a vehicular chase that led to a wooded area near Brownsville Pennsylvania, where they then shot him in the back and killed him. He was 37 years old and a native of Oberlin, Louisiana.
        Assistant District Attorney Nancy Vernon said she saw "no problem", with the incident.Had the incident involved a member of Ms. Vernon's family, her Mama, perhaps, I imagine her perception of the event would be quite different.I can tell you that I see a huge problem in the events that took place on May 5th when my cherished friend was brutally murdered by Dennis Fields and Autumn Fike. I see a huge problem in Nancy Vernon's position as Assistant District Attorney when she condones inhuman acts of murder. I see the need for a public outcry and insistence that these conditions change immediately. Had these issues been acted upon when State Trooper Samuel Nassan committed the cowardly act of  killing a 12-year-old child named Michael Ellerbe, shooting him in the back as he climbed over a fence, perhaps my dear and brilliant friend would not have been gunned down in cold blood?
        How many more atrocities shall be allowed?
        How may I, a Louisiana resident, incite the change that is so obviously needed? How does a person like Nancy Vernon, who is so desensitized to the plight of the human condition, land a position of authority, enabling her social deviance to wreak havoc upon townspeople?
        Why do psychological misfits such as Autumn Fike and Dennis Fields secure jobs in the field of criminal justice, where, along with other defective humans, they comprise a collective effort called law enforcement which has so obviously become the disease and not the cure. I challenge Ms. Vernon, Ms. Fike, and/or Mr. Fields, to submit a logical explanation that would justify the murder of my beloved friend Kermith Sonnier, Jr.! I challenge each citizen to become appropriately appalled by the ongoing and disgustingly sadistic, human rights violations committed in this country, against our own brothers and sisters, by law enforcement officers and sanctioned by governmental officials who openly display an abnormal and inhuman attitude of indecency and a sickening disregard for life!

I happened to run across this site while browsing newspaper articles and I know all about the connellsville police force.I am friends with a retired state representative who was drove out of office because of trying to get the drugs out of fayette county,yes including brownsville.This shooting was not about drugs.It was most definately about power .Just look at how her daughter speaks in her comments.50% of our police force are into more ellegal activity than those they arrest.This shooting is just another example of that.Our police forces are turning into no more that your average run of the mill thugs.No better than the gangs that run our bigger cities,Only with more money and better weapons.

If you search the web you will see that Autumn Fikes daughter Samantha Fike of Dunbar has been arrested for possession of drugs herself. There is even a rumor going around that she was high on crack one night and tried to run her own car through the front door of some mans house. Last October she was drunk and ran her car into a utility pole in Uniontown. Its been heard that she works in Pittsburgh and West Virgina as a dancer in a topless bar. She also has a foul trashy mouth.

This si so common... Police Officers do there job for what? Assholes who dont give a shit about anybody but there own wellfare! People make me sick I have delt myself with many rude ungratefull people as a member of Law Enforcement Everytime somebody tells me good job or anything like that gives me such hope because somebody out there isnt a little peice of shit asshole low life who takes everything for granted! Anyone who has a problem with Police is a fucking low life loser who needs to grow the hell up!!! Autumn Fike in my opinion is a very fine Officer who doesnt desearve this... Really when there so many articles about this foul mouthed bitch with a badge maybe she should be evaluated. How would she like it if her daughter was arrested, pulled over, or encountered an officer that treated her the way fike treats people. The same daughter that speaks of people with substance problems with such vulgarity has been involved with chestnut ridge drug and alcohol Counseling. I wonder what her drug of choice is. Police officers do have a dangerous important job. A job I could never do myself. The reason for that is I simply don't have the self-control needed to carry out such an important position. That being said I am a bigger person than Ms. File because I can admit that police work is not for me or her! Are there evaluations that police should be undergoing on a regular basis. I know criminals who have had their names in the paper less than Autumn File.

I dont know either person in this story, I just heard about Autumns passing by word of mouth, bc I live very close to Connellsville, so I decided to look it up and see if there was any information on it. When I got to this page, I read Patricia Fay Fournet's story and my heart goes out too her and I understand her concern, there is alot of evil in the world today. I also proceeded to read all the comments posted, and Id like to state I have no connection to any of this or anyone involed, I just live nearby. Id like to make a point that only the people there that night and God know what truely happened that night, and my heart goes out to anyone who was affected by this incident, Id also like to say in my opinion, NO ONE has the right to bad mouth one another, were all human and we all do things were not proud of, I understand why anyone who had anything to do with this incedent would be hurt, but is it worth your time of hurting to hurt others? We all have family members, and we all care about our side of the story, but the other side has feelings and loved ones to. I'd hope that the next time you are upset that you take the time to speak to God about it instead of trying to cause hurt to another human. There are many people in my life that have hurt me and I've said some nasty things myself but I've come to know God, and I've come to the realization that I dont know any ones whole story but my own, I may not understand why someone did what they did, but they did, now I can only have control over how I respond. Saying bad things about someone or trying to make your point isnt going to change what happened and Its not gonna change the "other sides" mind, so is it really worth it to argue about. Please do not be offended by my opinion, I really just want for anyone who reads this to think twice about what you say about others, because it might come back to haunt you. Sam I am sorry for your loss and I hope you spend your time paying your mother the respect you feel she deserves rather than trying to make a point, and everyone else pay respect to yourself and your loved ones weather there here or in heaven. It is true , that she commited suicide as someone that knew her well she did have her share of problems as well as drug use this is public information as many know. Yes, Sam has been arrested on drug charges as well but its time to stop this. Only one person can judge her. Everyone now needs to stop the rumors , the jokes and all the nasty comments that have been going around this county for many many years in fact so far back to the spca days and the charges that were alleged back then. First of all.. RIP Ofcr Fike. Now with that said.. That woman was a power hungry, sneaky, fowl mouthed BITCH!!! She shot a man in the BACK...There is no excuse to shoot ANYONE, crackhead or not, in the back!!! I personaly have seen this officer so stinking drunk she could barely walk, climb in her car and drive away... I have seen AND heard how she treats the ppl she arrests.. Just because she has, or shall I say HAD, a badge, she thought she could do no wrong. Ive seen her throw a 100lb young lady to the ground, calling her a low life piece of shit, and come to find out 10 minutes later she had the wrong girl...That poor girl was subjected to great humiliation along with what some would call POLICE BRUTALITY, and she wasnt even guilty!!! Then Ms. Fike, being the stuck up better than you BITCH that she is, didnt even apologize after she found out that she had the wrong girl!!! This bitch looked down her nose at everyone, treated ppl like they were scum..Well Karma is a bitch now isnt it??
