Rivera-Soto unanimously approved - 1st Puerto Rican on NJ Supreme Court

Veteran casino lawyer Roberto A. Rivera-Soto will be the first Hispanic on the state Supreme Court, following his unanimous confirmation Thursday by the state Senate.
