Did the "I Hate Niggerss Tweet" Come from a Ferguson Grand Juror or Jay Nixon? White Governor declares [police] state of emergency in Missouri

From [HERE] Missouri's racist suspect Democrat governor declared a state of emergency on Monday and authorized the state's National Guard to support police in case of violence after a mostly white (75%) grand jury decides whether to indict a white police officer who fatally shot an unarmed black teenager.

"As part of our ongoing efforts to plan and be prepared for any contingency, it is necessary to have these resources in place in advance of any announcement of the grand jury’s decision," Governor Jay Nixon said in a statement. The New England Patriots offered a public apology after the team’s official Twitter account posted the racist message that was auto-generated. Such a remedy is appropriate if you ignorantly believe that racism is simply about bad words, inconveniences and poor attitudes. [MORE] This is wrong view which leads to wrong solutions. 

Racism is about vast unequal power not simply disrespect, bigotry, poor attitudes and inconviences, such as stop & frisk, trouble catching a cab and standing in a long line to vote. Apologies have nothing to do with altering this vast power differential.
