Group Claims LAPD Officers Beat Homeless Black Woman

(CBS [HERE])  LOS ANGELES A group which monitors the Los Angeles Police Department Tuesday accused four officers of punching and kicking a petite homeless woman, dousing her in pepper spray and then carrying her hog-tied to a police car.

Peter White of the Los Angeles Community Action Network said that the beating happened on Sunday at about 2 p.m. in downtown Los Angeles. He said that the officers "brutalized a woman for about 10 minutes near the corner of Sixth and Stanford streets," just a few blocks from the LAPD's Central Station.

Sgt. James Canales of the Central Station confirmed that an incident occurred that was being investigated, but he would not provide details.

"An arrest investigation is being conducted, an administrative investigation is being conducted," he said.

White said the officers pounced on the African American woman who weighed less than 90 pounds and beat her with billy clubs, then doused her in pepper spray. They then hog-tied her, kicked and punched her, before carrying her by the hands and feet to a police car, White said.

"The officers could have easily restrained her and moved her on, but that's not what happened," White said. White did not know the woman's name.

White said the woman is "clearly a homeless resident with some mental disabilities, possibly addicted to something" who was known to downtown residents, although not by name.

"No one has seen her since," he said.

Officers walked up to her, screamed, 'hey you,' at which point she took off running, White said.

White said a group of people listening to jazz in nearby Gladys Park witnessed the beating. White said a public safety camera about a block away at Sixth Street and Towne Avenue "undoubtedly picked up some of what happened."

this is just happening more and more

I honestly believe that cops either willingly or as part of a bizarre psi-ops must be being doped with testosterone or other steroids and or amphetamines

there is just too much violence

and it crosses the US -- certainly every large urban area but also increasingly in rural areas

I wish there was a way to check pharmaceutical samples being handed out, vaccines being administered, vitamins recommended and handed out at all these paramilitary so called anti terror training seminars and conventions, and of course they have access to evidence and evidence lockers - - and the use of drugs by cops has been shown and condoned in shows such as 24 and the Shield -- and manhandling of "perp's" shown as norm on "Cops" shows as well ...

of course some of these are shell shocked guys coming back from the killing sands of Iraq and Afghanistan;

but something is happening and IT is more than pure bigotry, tho that is also being indoctrinated as well -

and of course the dehumanizing of "perps" and citizens is routine in most training; and whistle blowers face being set up, ostracized, fragged or otherwise "removed" ....

And the bizarre expansion of Blackwater into the training of domestic police forces given the disastrous results they have produced in Baghdad, Kabul, and New Orleans....well that revelation; and the news now that some police departments like the US military are planing to hire "mercenary" foreign men to fill "the ranks" -- drawing these prospects from nations where death squads; corrupt cops and pols ARE the expected norm; and where nuns, missionaries, and the innocent and the activist alike are found dead and worse in road side ditches as "messages" - generates nothing but amazement and trepidation as we face this "post 9/11" false flag future...

At least we still have the power of honest communication, prayer, positive thinking -- and the will of free and caring citizens who refuse to join the shallow sheople shoals while choosing to instead mount a wave that with courage and stubborn resilience can become a tsunami to cleanse these toxic totalitarian trained toys and tyrannical tools from our communities, our nation, and our lives.
