Putting a stop to racial profiling (If it Exists, that is)

"Three years ago, the Syracuse Common Council passed legislation to stop racial profiling.  But city officials still do not know if the problem exists in the Police Department. Whether it exists there or not is yet to be seen. The city hired Jeffery Chin, a professor at Le Moyne, to review thousands of traffic reports to see if the problem exists. He says there was not enough information to draw a conclusion." [more ] Unless you have to -please don't drive through Syracuse while they're conducting  this experiment.
