At a seafront rally in Havana, Cuban leader Fidel
Castro warned President Bush against launching a war on Cuba, and he
said newly toughened U.S. sanctions will fail. President Fidel Castro
predicted Monday that tough new American measures aimed at dislodging
him will fail, and he warned that ``things could happen that are not
good for the people of Cuba or for the people of the United States.'' [more]
