Norfolk City Councilman Makes Racially Charged Comments on Radio Show

Norfolk City Councilman Riddick claims police chose to make a drug arrest at a particular mall because its shoppers tend to be African-American. He went on to say during the radio talk show that police would not have done the bust at the Palace Shoppes on 21st Street because that's where a lot of "Jews" shop. [more]
