Anti-McKinney vote up for grabs in Congressional race

Mckinney attempts to get her old House seat back. The five-term congresswoman was wounded politically in 2002 when she called for an inquiry into whether government officials, including President Bush, had advance notice of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks but did nothing to prevent them.
