Jury chosen in Dillard's discrimination suit

17  black shoppers are alleging mistreatment by firm based on race
Jury  selection  was completed Thursday in Beaumont,Texas, in a case alleging  racial profiling by department store chain Dillard's Inc. Dillard's was  sued instate court by 17 black shoppers  who say that they  were  harassed by store guards because of  their  race. I worked for Dillards and was told that any document that had "African American" on it would be destroyed in 12-2005
