"Under the Influence of Fear": Confused Victim of White Supremacy tells White Cop 1) 'I am not a threat' and 2) 'this is not a police state' [both statements are False]

From [HERE] and [HERE] Latino man Alejandro Natividad says he was unarmed when he began recording a white deputy in La Quinta, who then turned his service weapon on him last Sunday.

At about 4 p.m. Sunday, the deputy, whose name wasn't released, was driving south on Washington Street toward La Quinta when he spotted a Chrysler 300 blocking the middle lane near Avenue of the States. According to police, the deputy approached the car and found a disoriented, somewhat unresponsive driver. 

Natividad was a passenger. Both men were ordered out of the car and were ordered to the ground at gunpoint. Neither man made any movements toward the cop and the cop did not appear to be in any danger under the circumstances. They were not armed and no contraband was observed. The cop did not see Natividad commit any crimes and none had been reported in the area. There was no emergency present.

Natividad challenged police, saying he had done nothing wrong. He did not get on the ground as ordered. 

“We have no weapons. We are not a threat to you. Why are you pointing a gun at me? I am not a threat. I got out of the car and surrendered to you,” he’s heard saying in the video clip.

Natividad said he was threatened with a taser and baton and eventually cuffed and put in the back of the cruiser. He was later let free.

Natividad said, “I wasn’t under arrest the deputy even admits that I did nothing yet had a gun pointed at me. Where’s the logic in that? I was afraid and if I was going to get harmed I’d much rather take it standing than on my face.” [MORE]

In other words Natividad started tripping. Challenging white cops' authority, ignoring commands and then begging them for help or making an appeal to their humanity are ways to get yourself killed, injured or placed in greater confinement. This is not conduct intended for survival in a system of white supremacy. 

Like many victims of white supremacy he appeared to be overwhelmed by racism. He said, “I was scared. I was under the influence of fear, that’s it,” he said. In such a state it is almost impossible to make good decisions. Racism is powerful external phenomenon. One way to deal with racism, solve problems and overcome confusion is through mindfulness. You must have your mind together to deal with white cops.  

He is a Threat. Natividad was wrong, to many white people he is perceived as a threat - all non-white people are. White people are vastly outnumbered by non-whites on this planet and this causes them anxiety and fear. The world is 90% non-white and the white population is shrinking. Non-whites have something whites can never have; skin color. Many White people dislike this difference. White genes are genetic recessive. This means White genes or the so-called "white race" cannot be reproduced when mixed with non-white persons. White plus Black equals Colored. White plus Brown equals Colored. White plus Yellow equals Colored. As such, white people can be genetically annihilated through assimilation - this scares white people to death. 

The only purpose of race is to practice racism. Having little biological validity, the term "race" is better translated to mean organization, frictionalizing non-whites into various made up groups for the purpose of white domination. White people practice racism to survive -- the operating system of white supremacy functions to keep them alive. As stated by Dr. Welsing, "indeed, if white people had not created such a global system in which they established power over the world's non-white majority, the white collective would have been genetically extinct a long time ago." Police State = War Against Blacks. In this racist system all white people should be suspected of being racist. This includes white cops. Unless you are prepared to go all out with cops like George Jackson you should try to comply with their orders.

In the present moment of a face to face street confrontation with a racist cop you have no power - who will settle your roadside debate with the cop? the cop. Who are you calling out for help to- more white cops? to other victims of white supremacy? Who is the one wearing a belt loaded with weapons and a radio to alert other armed race soldiers? the cop. Who is the one with the discretionary authority to arrest you? the cop. Who is the one authorized by statute to shoot to kill? the cop. In general, white cops have the overwhelming support of white people and the decisions they make concerning their encounters with non-whites, especially Black & Latino men, are consistently upheld by white politicians, the white media, prosecutors, judges and other police. As you can observe with your own eyes white cops have an unspoken mandate to arrest, injure and kill as many non-whites as possible. [MORE] For example, the white media, cops and prosecutors have already upheld the decisions of the cop in Natividad's arrest at gunpoint. In fact, the unnamed cop is still on duty. [MORE]

Understand that racism is not primarily about individual bigotry, minor inconveniences, mean words and disrespect. Rather it is about the superior, dominate position of whites and the institutions that maintain vast unequal power and resources in order to keep Blacks subordinate. [MORE] and [MORE] Cops are overseers of this system. So called police brutality against non-whites is a symptom of its cause, white supremacy. 

White suspects/defendants have different relations with cops and the criminal justice system. For the most part white folks treat each other humanely. But in their relations with non-whites, for the most part whites function as psychopaths. It is pathological for non-whites to use moral suasion where race is a variable. [MORE] To a racist/white supremacist there is no innocent Black or Latino male, just non-white male criminals who have not yet been detected, apprehended or convicted. [MORE] A racist cop is chomping at the bit for you not to comply, he wants you to respond to his provocation and is looking for any excuse to kill, injure and/or arrest you.

Unless you are reasonably certain that death or substantial injury is imminent or you are prepared to go all out with cops (George Jackson style) you should comply with their orders. Do not waive any of your so-called rights - if necessary, say all the magic legal phrases (be polite and remain in a state of mindfulness. Do not respond to statements only respond to questions 1) "Officer am I free to go?" 2) "I do not consent to searches" 3) Do not answer any questions if your answer will incriminate yourself  4) "I am not comfortable answering any [more] questions without a lawyer present. The 5th Amendment also protects innocent citizens."). But in the end legal truths must give way to reality and the officer will do whatever he chooses to do; legal phrases are just words and there is no judge present on the street to decide anything. As a victim of white supremacy in this situation, your main goals in the present moment should be to avoid death, injury and greater confinement. Do not pretend that you have some kind of power to stop cops - you don't. This is your powerless reality and the essence of racism; vast unequal power between whites and non-whites in a system of white domination and control. You must master this environment to survive in it. Survival without justice is meaningless but to end racism we must end white power - and that is not going to happen on the side of the road with some provocative white cop.
