Bratton Vows to Review Police Use of Flashlights

Los Angeles Police Chief William J. Bratton said Saturday that he planned to review the department's policy of allowing officers to strike suspects with flashlights, following the videotaped beating of an African American man last week. "The image of the flashlight looks problematic," Bratton said. You all are rediculous. You need to look on both sides of the fence and see what our L.A.P.D. officers have to deal with 10-12 hours a day, and then you might have a rock to stand on.
