[Human in Canada]

There is something very wrong in the law sector here in Canada. Police are committing crimes, brutalizing citizens, yet anyone who speaks out is attacked by various methodologies and when you enter "police brutality in Canada" or variation thereof, nothing is found. In 2002 a circuit court judge stated,"...there are supported criminals who go from bad to worse are never punished or held accountable for their crimes." August 28, 2004 OPP assaulted and attacked a farm family after arresting a "gunman" who had not on person, not in his home, not on his property no weapon gun. A wrongful conviction...supporting the federal and provincial 150 page report on Wrongful Convictions in Canada (see David Milguard, Steven Trusscott, Guy Paul Morin et cetera) The "gunman" so called by OPP, without a gun, arrested at 7:00am and taken to Wasaga Beach Police Department. The 911 caller in custody at 9:30am released to his home. Why did police attack the farm family. No warrant to enter their home which was done after the attacks and the husband and spouse were not on their property but on route to police station. Why were the under age teen girls confronted with large guns by OPP in camouflag, removed from the home, taken to police station, interrogated without adult/parental awareness or permission. Why did the OPP attack this family who was not armed, not named in 911 call, not involved, a neighbour one door west of "gunman without a gun" and two doors west of malicious 911 caller? In Canada the conviction of criminal behaviour takes place without citizen committing a crime, is this not persecution? Why is no one interested? Are there only observation groups/organizations and no assistance/support what so ever to citizen being wrongfully charged by law agents? Where are the constitutional rights groups who purport to protect citizen rights and freedoms. The farm family need what has happened and happening now in the court system to be dispersed, they want to share their experiences. By stopping wrongful convictions you help not only the immediate citizen you help but also all future wrongfully convicted citizens. Has the media been bought? How is regurgitation of OPP misinformation being unbiased? Does the media only report propaganda in their bid for future immediate tidbits of information from the police? Has the media been gagged from interviewing both sides or all sides of an issue? The Springwater, Ontario, Canada farm family are being persecuted, what cost to you attach to the facts of truth?
