Any nigger will do: Missouri Judge Overturns Conviction of Black Man Who Served 30 Years in Prison for Rape & Murder of White Woman

[MORE] From [HERE] and [HERE] A Cole County Judge today vacated the murder and rape conviction of George Allen Jr. based on the failure to disclose numerous pieces of evidence pointing to Allen’s innocence. Allen was convicted in 1983 and has served more than 30 years behind bars for the rape and murder of Mary Bell, a white woman.

“Today we’re thrilled Judge Green has ruled that Mr. Allen’s conviction must be overturned because crucial exculpatory evidence was not disclosed,” said Barry Scheck, Co-Director of the Innocence Project, which is affiliated with Cardozo School of Law. “Given the overwhelming evidence pointing to Mr. Allen’s innocence, including DNA test results, we’re confident that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce will move quickly to inform the Court that she will not retry Mr. Allen and finally end his 30 year quest for justice.”  

Police initially arrested Allen for the 1982 rape and murder of a St. Louis court reporter by accident, mistaking him for a suspect in the case. Even though Detective Herbert Riley realized he was not the suspect, he decided to interrogate him anyway. Allen, who is a diagnosed schizophrenic and had been admitted to psychiatric wards several times, eventually ended up making a recorded confession, which one of the interrogating officers has since conceded was questionable. On the recording of the interrogation, Allen informs the officers that he is under the influence of alcohol, and throughout the interrogation the detective prompts Allen to give him answers to fit the crime, often asking Allen to change his answer to do so.

From [HERE] A former top GOP official in South Carolina is drawing flak for a series of racist tweets he apparently fired off during the Super Bowl on Sunday night. Todd Kincannon, a lawyer who served as executive director of the South Carolina Republican Party between 2004 and 2010, joked about the Super Bowl, Trayvon Martin and the poor during the tirade.

Speaking on HuffPost Live on Monday, Kincannon refused to apologize, saying he sends out those types of tweets in order to get a rise out of people.

"One of the things I like to do on Twitter is I'll tweet something inflammatory, kind of borderline crazy-sounding just for fun. And I enjoy watching people go nuts. One of the best things about it is if you say something that's borderline offensive or if it is offensive, the people that attack you and say just the awfulest [sic] things about you, they do the very thing that they accuse you of."

From [HERE] Members of the Asian Students Association at Duke are incensed over a fraternity's decision to throw a themed party replete with offensive Asian stereotypes, including conical hats and geisha outfits.

"Herro Nice Duke Peopre!!" read the opening line in the email inviting Dukies to "the return of Kappa Sigma Asia Prime." According to The Duke Chronicle, the off-campus party was later renamed "International Relations" after a report was filed with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.

But the Asian Students Association says the "racist rager" went on as planned despite the name change, and it has the Facebook photos to prove it. Several of those photos were posted around the school this morning in protest, but most were removed by Kappa Sigma members by late afternoon.

"This is not just about Asians, one party or one frat," senior Ashley Tsai told the Chronicle. "This is a consistent thing happening. We want serious things to be done by the student body and the University so that this never happens again."

A more formal protest is planned for tomorrow. (Attempts at moral suasion and Poking holes in the air with signs will not stop white supremacy/racism folks - bw).

Exxon reports $9.4 billion profit (as you can see White folks just can't get a break in Obama's 'Merikka)

The largest U.S. oil company also defended its focus on natural gas, which is part of its plan to develop unconventional energy sources in the United States.

Prices for natural gas have remained in a deep slump, falling more than 25% in the fourth quarter.

David Rosenthal, the company's vice president of investor relations, blamed mild winter weather and weak economic growth in Europe for cutting into demand. But Exxon is optimistic about the future prospects for the fuel that's used to heat buildings and generate electricity.

"We remain bullish on the future of natural gas as an energy source," Rosenthal told analysts in a conference call. "Given the steep decline in conventional gas, unconventional gas will pay dominant roll going forward." Natural gas prices fell 8% Tuesday, while oil prices edged higher.

Georgia Supreme Court Rejects Black Man's Death Row Appeal

Attorney General Sam Olens who sought to expedite an appeal in the case of a death row inmate whose execution was delayed in July.  From [HERE] The Supreme Court of Georgia on Monday rejected [opinion, PDF] claims by death row inmate Warren Lee Hill  that the Board of Corrections violated the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act (APA) [materials] by not holding a public hearing before changing the state's lethal injection [DPIC backgrounder] execution procedure. One of the APA's rule-making requirements is to give 30 days notice [OCGA § 15-13-4 text] to interested persons, the state's General Assembly and the Secretary of State before adopting or repealing any rule. The court's opinion states that the APA specifically excludes the Board of Corrections and penal institutions from qualifying "agencies" under the Act. Therefore, the provisions of the APA do not apply to the Board, unless a section of the Act specifically states otherwise. The court concluded that the Board of Corrections is not required by statute to make rules regarding the subject of lethal injection procedures. The Supreme Court of Georgia held:

White Man who Killed Defenseless, Retreating Black Teen in front of his Mother Declared Competent to Stand Trial

A Duty to Retreat? This allegedly was a pre-medidtated murder of an unarmed Black child by a racist suspect. That is, Spooner 1) went and got his gun 2) loaded it, 3) confronted Simmons 4) made decision to kill 5) shot him two times as his mother watched (no concern for consequences), 6) calmly waited for police, 7) confessed to police and 8) made up story about a theft. 

From [HERE] A white man accused of killing his Black teenage neighbor has been found competent to proceed to trial. A mental health expert who examined John Spooner testified Monday that the 76-year-old is competent to help with his defense. Defense attorney Franklyn Gimbel says he's concerned that Spooner's health has deteriorated to the point that he may not make it to trial in May. A medical professional disagreed. 

Darius Simmons, a black 13 year old, was allegedly murdered by his white neighbor, 75-year-old John Spooner, in front of his mother in the front of her home at 1905 W. Arrow Street at 9:48 a.m. on May 31.

According to the criminal complaint, Simmons was retrieving the garbage from the curb when Spooner walked up to him and confronted him. Spooner, who claims to be a victim of multiple burglaries, accused the teen of being the culprit of at least one of the burglaries.

Spooner asked Simmons for his belongings back, including two shotguns. Simmons denied having anything to do with Spooners’ stolen property. Simmons’ mother Patricia Larry told police that she also told Spooner they had nothing to do with his stolen property. The criminal complaint says that’s when Spooner pulled out his gun and fired two shots at Simmons' chest, as his mother watched. According to his mother, Spooner pointed the gun at him and Darrius put his hands up in the air. Spooner then shot him once. When Darrius turned to run he shot him in the back .When police arrived Spooner said, “Yeah I shot him.” [MORE] Simmons was unarmed and posing no threat to Spooner.

Apparently, because the white man accused the boy of theft in order to justify the murder, the MPD went on a baseless search of her house, locked up her other son and detained her in a police car. 

Simmons’ mother claims she was detained in the back of a squad car for several hours. Police forced her to sit in a squad car rather than let her hold her dying son or join him at the hospital. Officers also rifled through her home looking for stolen firearms, and arrested another of her sons on a year-old truancy violation -in the immediate aftermath of the murder.

Nothing unlawful was found in her home from the unlawful police search. No facts tend to support Spooner's claims. Nevertheless, the white media continues to make the "theft" apart of this story. In their relations with non-white people racists/white supremacists function as psychopaths. [MORE] Only a racist mind could beleive that this contrived "defense" somehow could justify Spooner's conduct toward's an unarmed, defenseless teenager who posed no threat to this aggressor.
