Jerry Springer has signed a deal with Air America to air his show from 9 a.m. to noon weekdays nationwide beginning April 1. To make room for Springer in the Air America lineup, a show hosted by Daily Show creator Lizz Winstead, rapper Chuck D and Rachel Maddow was dropped. New York-based Air America officials say Springer will immediately air on almost all of its 50 affiliates, putting Springer's show in such top markets as New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Chicago.
