Star (2/4) notes that IL2 Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D) "is chiding
Chicago Mayor Richard Daley for what he labels the 'stench' of
corruption swirling about City Hall. His call for the mayor and city
council to clean up corruption in affirmative action programs has set
off speculation he might be considering a challenge to Daley in 2007.
Jackson says he does not plan to run -- though he will not rule it
