THE flophouse bathtub in which James Earl Ray stood to shoot US civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr is back up for sale on eBay, with an asking price of $US200,000 (about $280,000). The tub was first offered in mid-July, but removed by eBay amid concerns the item might be considered offensive, particularly to Mr King's family. Today, D'Army Bailey, a Memphis judge who owns the tub, said eBay had agreed it had historic value and thus met its guidelines. [more]
