Two black men in Utah filed two lawsuits against
Union Pacific Railroad this week, alleging that co-workers used racial
epithets and left a noose in a locker room. Renee Tademy and Terry H.
Fullwiley filed the suits in federal court, claiming the company did
not do enough to stop the overtly racist actions of their co-workers. [more]
