Despite the recent flap over purging potential felons from Florida
voter rolls and a legal prohibition against felons voting, the reality
is lots of felons vote anyway -- and have for a long time. At least so
says Gov. Jeb Bush. "I can tell you when we have our clemency hearings
and people come to get their rights restored, a significant percentage
of them have voted and been faithful voters -- three or four times in a
