Hispanic groups call U.S. immigration system "badly broken"

A coalition of Hispanic-rights groups say the U-S immigration system is "badly broken." The National Hispanic Leadership Agenda also blasted the nation's post-Nine-Eleven immigration policies and strategies as harmful to Hispanic Americans.
