HATERS from Another Planet A group called the "Voices of Morality" led a demonstration outside the Rainbow-PUSH convention "against Jesse Jackson." They
accuse the Reverend Jesse Jackson of selling out the black community by
allowing automotive giant Daimler Chrysler help underwrite the cost of
the Rainbow/PUSH convention. [more] and [more] One of the ministers present said that the "media has invented our worst nightmare in the black
community. Jesse Jackson has never done anything beneficial for our

Voices of Morality is a Republican and registered lobbyist group [more] whose claim to fame has been to protest Jesse Jackson [more] and make appearances on the O'Reilly Factor [more]. They have led several protests againt him since Bush's election--once in 2002 they did 3 protests in one month! [more]
Nevertheless,
protesters raise the legitimate issue of Rainbow-PUSH's involvement
with DaimlerChrysler, a corporation that has been the subject of
various lawsuits alleging racialdiscrimination against Blacks [more] and [more]. DaimlerChrysler has also been sued for profiteering from Apartheied [more] and [more].
