Patrons of Louisville's new downtown entertainment district will be
allowed to wear sports jerseys under a compromise reached Tuesday
between the developer and protesters. About a dozen people gathered
Monday at the entrance of Fourth Street Live to protest a dress code
that prohibited jerseys, sleeveless shirts and backward baseball caps
on nights when the row of shops, bars and restaurants is blocked off
