The National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the largest national
constituency-based Hispanic organization, is hosting its Annual
Conference in Phoenix from June 26-29. Workshops and town halls will
address the key issues of concern to America's largest and
fastest-growing minority, including education, health, economic
empowerment, immigration, civil rights, and social security
reform. Over 23,000 people are expected to attend the four-day
