A drug-summit style meeting earlier year addressed the growing epidemic of methamphetamine manufacturing in Indian Country-with police departments in many tribal governments complaining that they spend most of their resources trying to stem the tide. Wednesday the Cherokee Nation Marshall Service estimated they have busted 30 such labs since last August-with the latest case coming this week. [more]
