After 40 years, still no justice in murder case

Chaney, Goodman and Schwerner were helping register
black voters when they disappeared in Neshoba County . Monday marked
the 40th anniversary of the murder of three civil rights workers on
June 21, 1964, near Philadelphia, Miss. And as another year passes on
this unsolved case, James Chaney, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner
will be remembered for their efforts to help right a wrong and bring
another form of justice to those in Mississippi who had been so denied
