Flying while Brown--Delta Airlines Settles Racial Discrimination Suit

The government announced a settlement Monday with
Delta Air Lines. The allegations were that the Atlanta-based air
carrier discriminated against people of Muslim, Arab, Middle Eastern or
Southeast Asian descent after the nine-eleven attacks. The government
says its investigation reveals that Delta acted in a manner
inconsistent with federal laws that bar discrimination. Delta
acknowledges no wrongdoing. [more]
