One of the 75 dissidents sentenced to long prison terms in a roundup on Cuba's opposition last year was unexpectedly released Wednesday for medical reasons. ''I feel good, but worried about those still in prison,'' said Miguel Valdes Tamayo, 47, after authorities released him because of his high blood pressure and heart problems. ``This won't stop me in my struggle for Cuba.''
