Police looking for a suspect in a Durham homicide thought they spotted him in Chapel Hill Thursday, and launched a 3_-hour manhunt that forced the lockdown of three nearby schools. But the incident ended at 5:22 p.m. with the arrest of a Carrboro man who wasn't connected to the homicide. [more
