officers involved in the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man last
year have been cleared of wrongdoing by Shreveport's civil service
board. 25-year-old
Marquise Hudspeth was shot in the back eight times after a chase. The
officers said they believed the cell phone Hudspeth was holding was a
