A Latino organization says the number of Hispanic voters in Georgia is much greater than voter rolls would indicate. A study released Tuesday by the Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials estimated 69,560 such voters in the state. That is less than 2 percent of registered voters, but still large enough to tip the scales in close races. [more]
