A group plans to ask the Milwaukee district attorney to file charges against an officer involved in a fatal shooting last year. Last May, an inquest jury held that Officer Alfonzo Glover was justified in fatally shooting Wilbert Javier Prado in March 2005 during a traffic incident. Glover was off duty at the time.The Milwaukee Police Accountability Coalition plans to present its demands to Milwaukee County District Attorney E- Michael McCann tomorrow.The 25-year-old Prado was an illegal Mexican immigrant living in Milwaukee after moving from Racine.
