Reporter Investigating the Death of Jonathan King Threatened by Gladwater Police

More trouble for the Gladewater policeman, involved in a fatal shooting last summer. A complaint has been filed against officer Bryan Naismith by a reporter from The Dallas Morning News. Dave Michaels went to Naismith's home last Thursday to try and cover the story. The complaint alleges Naismith rear-ended his car, then threatened him with a shotgun. Naismith is the officer who shot and killed Jonathan King, 25, after Naismith says he tried to run him over. A grand jury refused to indict Naismith of any wrongdoing during the incident.
