From [HERE] A small Wisconsin town school board will vote Monday night on whether or not to grant the Indianhead Rifle and Pistol Club access to the local elementary school this April for its annual gun show.

Spooner Elementary School has hosted the show without much objection for the last two decades. But less than a month after the mass shooting at Newtown elementary school that claimed the lives of 20 first graders and 7 others, some community members are raising objections to the idea of welcoming hundreds of guns and gun owners into a public elementary school. Tim Brabec, a member of the club and organizer of their annual gun show, told ThinkProgress that the decision to use the elementary school is one of convenience.

“Who doesn’t have sympathy with the families in [Connecticut]?” said Brabec when asked about whether the visual of a gun show at an elementary school was appropriate so soon after the deadly shooting in Newtown. “But we don’t associate one with the other. We don’t go there for the shock value.”

Shock was but one reaction to the news that the town was considering granting the show permission to use the school. “I do not agree with it at all,” said one commenter online. “I was shocked to hear about it last year, and can’t believe they would even consider it this year after the shooting in CT.”

Also a point of contention is that the Indianhead Rifle and Pistol Club stands to make a handsome profit off of the sale of guns at this event by exploiting the gun show loophole that has become one focal point of the renewed debate over gun control.

“Gun Shows are a major opportunity for people who would fail the background check to obtain their guns,” argued another commenter. “Do we really think a school has any business (even thought it is a source of income for them) offering the public buildings for this possible loophole?”

State law forbids people from bringing guns within 1000 feet of public schools, but it does make exceptions for guns shows by licensed gun manufacturers and dealers.

Genocide Watch: 72 Percent of Black Children Are Raised in Single Parent Homes

Failing to comprehend the environmental context of the white supremacy system and its ultimate goal of white genetic survival, Black people fail to grasp the deeper sense of what actually is occurring in front of our eyes. We do not realize that the massive deaths, the denial of full scale employment & high incarceration of Black males constitute the genocide of Black people (as it takes Black males to make Black babies and ensure future Black generations). Said factors also contribute in genocidal fashion to the prevention of the Black male supported development of all Black children, particularly Black boys. [MORE] From [HERE] A staggering number of African-American children are raised in single parent homes, compared to the rest of America, and the rest of the world. A study conducted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development found that 25.8 percent of American children are raised by a single parent, a number high above the 14.9 percent average seen in the other 26 countries surveyed. Among African-Americans the rate nearly tripled, with 72 percent of black children relying on a single parent.

“The in-work poverty is higher in the U.S. than other OECD countries, because at the bottom end of the labor market, earnings are very low,” said Willem Adema, a senior economist in the group’s social policy division. “For parents, the risk is higher because they have to make expenditures on childcare costs.”

Gun Related Homicide Declining 

It is difficult to get data on US gun ownership by "race"... which is curious because everything else gets broken down by white people like this. [MORE] According to this chart, 36.5% or 81 million white people own guns while 15.5% or 6 million Black people own guns and 8.7% or 4,393,000 of other non-whites own guns. In sum, whites possess roughly 89% of all guns. [MORE] Recently, the Congressional Research Service found that gun related homicides have been in decline for the past decade [MORE] - shattering the liberal propaganda that gun violence is rampant. It is White Supremacy that is rampant - and they are a part of it. 

Racism is Behavior done for Their Survival. Racism is the business of survival for white people and those whites who practice racism/white supremacy do not want you to own a gun. [MORE] Don't take it personal, it is racial. White people are the numerical minority on the planet - less than 1/10th of the world's population is white. That is, the overwhelming majority  - over 90% of the world - is non-white. During the past election cycle it was reported that the white population is "the vanishing majority" in the US - of course it is, b/c white people are genetic recessive (White plus Black equals Colored. White plus Brown equals Colored. White plus Yellow equals Colored. The overall U.S. white population has been in decline for decades- in 1950, whites were 28 percent of world population [MORE]). White Supremacy domination and oppression of all non-white people is essential for global whiete genetic survival.  

What is wrong with the NRA's proposal of having police guard the schools anyway? (as opposed to fake security guard folks? Police are already present at sporting events and at public buildings such as Courts.) [MORE] Nothing except White Supremacy/Racism. For the most part, white people treat each other humanely; police officers probably would not occupy white schools and terrorize white kids. With proper training (at least comparable to DUI training given to "Alcohol Certified Officers") police might do some good - but only for white folks. White people and their relations with non-whites have been a total disaster thus far. Many Whites function as psychopaths in their relations with Black people.[MORE] Not all police officers, but too many outlaw cops do nothing more than help to maintain white supremacy. Michael Moore: White People's Fear of Non-Whites (Fear of Genetic Annihilation) Drives Desire to own guns

From [HERE] Friday night, on the heels of last week’s mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn., the left-leaning Current TV is planning to air progressive filmmaker Michael Moore’s ten-year-old Columbine documentary “Bowling for Columbine,” with Moore revisiting the film to accuse American gun-owners of being motivated by racial fears.

Gun ownership, Moore said, “cuts down to the heart of our race problem that we still haven’t resolved.”

“I think we’re a very frightened people,” Moore said. “I think we’ve been frightened ever since we landed on these shores. We were frightened of the native people.; we were frightened of the slaves we brought over, as we should have been. And those in power have known how to manipulate us with fear. And we’ve started wars over being told lies about, you know — whether it was in the Spanish-American War, the Mexican-American War. You can go through so many of these wars we’ve been in throughout history — right up through the Iraq War — where we’re just lied to because those in power knew if they just put enough fear out there. And the best kind of fear is the one that has the kernel of truth, so you have 9/11 happened — that’s a real incident, nearly 3,000 people lose their lives. Very easy at that point to use that fact in a way to tell a fiction.”

But according to Moore, it’s that fear that causes Americans want to own gun, which he tied to race by explaining high levels of citizen gun ownership exist “in suburbs and rural areas.”

“And I was fascinated in that subject when making ‘Bowling for Columbine,’ of how fear is used to the point where everybody feels like they’ve got to have a gun in the house. Now, not every house has a gun but we’ve got over a quarter-billion guns in people’s homes. And they’re mostly in the suburbs and rural areas where there is virtually no crime and no murder. So why is that? What are they really afraid of? What do they think of — who’s going to break into the house? Do they think it’s little freckled-face Jimmy down the street? I don’t think so. I don’t think that’s who they’re afraid of. And it cuts down to the heart of our race problem that we still haven’t resolved. And I thought it would be interesting to take a look at that in the movie.”

From [HERE] White people will no longer make up a majority of Americans by 2043, according to new census projections. That’s part of a historic shift that already is reshaping the nation’s schools, workforce and electorate, and is redefining long-held notions of race.

The official projection, released Wednesday by the Census Bureau, now places the tipping point for the white majority a year later than previous estimates, which were made before the impact of the recent economic downturn was fully known.

America continues to grow and become more diverse due to higher birth rates among minorities, particularly for Hispanics who entered the U.S. at the height of the immigration boom in the 1990s and early 2000s. Since the mid-2000 housing bust, however, the arrival of millions of new immigrants from Mexico and other nations has slowed from its once-torrid pace.

The country’s changing demographic mosaic has stark political implications, shown clearly in last month’s election that gave President Barack Obama a second term — in no small part due to his support from 78 percent of non-white voters.

Deferred Prosecution for Big Banks Involved in the "Drug War": Lenders Face Few Consequences for Violating Anti-Money Laundering Laws

From [HERE] Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Wachovia (acquired by Wells Fargo in 2009), HSBC Holdings, ING Bank, Standard Chartered, American Express Bank International, and not a few others, have a common bond beyond ranking among the largest banks in the world.

All have been accused within the past five years (and several this year) of failing to comply with US anti-money laundering laws — thereby enabling, collectively, hundreds of billions of dollars worth of suspicious transactions to move through the banking system absent adequate monitoring or oversight.

Yet not one these banks, nor any of their top executives, has been hit with criminal sanctions.

All, with the exception of Britain’s HSBC  (which is still under investigation), have agreed to pay fines for their alleged transgressions after being served cease-and-desist orders or have entered into so-called deferred-prosecution pacts — under which a lender agrees to pay a fine and to comply with the law going foward in exchange for dismissal of all charges at the end of a specified government monitoring period.

But again, not one bank has been charged with a crime nor have any top executives been forced to do the perp walk, bound by handcuffs, in front of the adoring media throng.

(You Don't really think that HIV/AIDS is something that just spontaneously occurred in nature? do you?) Black Males Ages 13-24 Hit Hardest With New HIV Infections in U.S.

From [HERE] Young people age 13 to 24 made up about a quarter of all new HIV infections in the U.S. during 2010, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported earlier this week. 

In 2010, of the estimated 47,500 new HIV infections, 12,200 were among youths. An estimated 7,000 (57.4%) newly infected youths were blacks/African Americans, 2,390 (19.6%) were Latinos, and 2,380 (19.5%) were whites.

Among blacks, the study found new diagnosis disproportionately affected males: 5,600 infections were for males compared to 1,400 for females.

The following is an excerpt from the CDC report that includes more details and agency’s suggested solutions:

Based on the most recent data available from 2009 and 2010, youths represent 6.7% of persons living with HIV in the United States and account for 25.7% of new HIV infections. Of new HIV infections among youths, 45.9% were among black/African American males, the majority of which were attributed to male-to-male sexual contact. Nationwide, the percentage of youths who had ever been tested for HIV was low compared with other age groups: 12.9% among high school students (22.2% among those who ever had sexual intercourse) and 34.5% among persons aged 18-24 years.

The higher HIV prevalence among blacks/African Americans overall (nearly three times higher than among Hispanics/Latinos and nearly eight times higher than among whites) and men who have sex with men (MSM) overall (nearly 40 times higher than other men ) contributes to the disproportionate number of new HIV infections among black/African American youths and young MSM. Because of this disparity, black/African American youths are at higher risk for infection even with similar levels of risk behaviors.

Genocidal Goal is Mass Confinement: More Non-White Children Growing Up With Parents Behind Bars

From [HERE] The number of children with parents behind bars in the United States is growing. And a Latino child is more than twice as likely to have an incarcerated parent as a white child.

An infographic created by sociologist Becky Pettit in her new book,Invisible Men: Mass Incarceration and the Myth of Black Progressillustrates a five-fold increase in the number of children with parents behind bars from 1980 to 2005.

While interpreting the graph, it's important to keep in mind that the Hispanic population has grown much faster than the white and black populations since 1980, meaning there are simply more Latino children and parents in the U.S. However, taken as a percentage, Latino children are still more much more likely than white children to grow up with their parents behind bars. One in 42 Latino children has a parent in prison, compared to 1 in 111 white children, according to a 2009 report from The Sentencing Project, a research and advocacy group, which used data from the U.S. Department of Justice. And, when it comes to black children, one in 15 have a parent in prison.

Leveling Gaza: Israel Aggression to cost Gaza over $1.2 billion

Earlier, a report by the Palestinian Chamber of Commerce called for Gaza to be recognized as an economic disaster area.

­Direct damage caused by the Israeli airstrikes will cost $545 million to repair, while indirect damages are estimated at some $700 million, Hamas spokesman Taher al-Nunu said Sunday.

"The total cost of damages caused by the Israeli aggression is $1.245 billion,” al-Nunu said.

The eight-day Israeli operation, officially called Pillar of Defense, completely destroyed 200 homes and damaged another 8,000. The attack also destroyed 42 non-residential buildings, including the Hamas government headquarters, three mosques and a health center, Nunu added. Israeli forces are also known to have targeted the offices of local and international media outlets.

In January 2006, Palestinians voted in a carefully moni­tored election, pronounced to be free and fair by interna­tional observers, despite U.S.-Israeli efforts to swing the election toward their favorite, Palestinian Authority presi­dent Mahmoud Abbas and his Fatah party. But I lamas won a surprising victory.

The punishment of Palestinians for the crime of vot­ing the wrong way was severe. With U.S. backing, Israel stepped up its violence in Gaza, withheld funds it was le­gally obligated to transmit to the Palestinian Authority, tightened its siege and even cut off the flow of water to the arid Gaza Strip.

The United States and Israel made sure that Hamas would not have a chance to govern. They rejected Hamas's call for a long-term cease-fire to allow for negotiations on a two-State settlement along the lines of an international consensus that Israel and United States have opposed, in virtual isolation, for more than thirty years, with rare and temporary departures.

Meanwhile Israel stepped up its programs of annexa­tion, dismemberment and imprisonment of the shrinking Palestinian cantons in the West Bank, always with U.S. backing despite occasional minor complaints, accompa­nied by the wink of an eye and munificent funding.

Poll: Israelis dissatisfied with cease-fire/ UN says Israel's "Self Defense" Massacre Killed & Injured Mostly Palestinian Children

• Six Israelis (four civilians and two soldiers) were killed and 224 were injured, the vast majority civilians.

• The UN and partner agencies are working to quickly assess and respond to immediate needs and fully resume regular distributions and services

• Priorities include ensuring proper treatment for the wounded; psycho-social support for those traumatized, especially children; and addressing the shelter needs of those families whose homes have been destroyed.

Poll Finds Israel Should Have Continued Killing

From [HERE] A poll shows about half of Israelis think their government should have continued its military offensive against Palestinian militants in Hamas-ruled Gaza.

The independent Maagar Mohot poll released on Friday shows 49% of respondents feel Israel should have kept going after squads who fire rockets into Israel. Thirty-one percent supported the government's decision to stop. Twenty percent had no opinion. Twenty-nine percent thought Israel should have sent ground troops to invade Gaza.

Psychopaths 

In their relationship with Non-white people, Whites are psychopaths and their behavior reflects an underlying biologically transmitted proclivity with roots deep in their evolutionary history. The psychopath is an individual who is constantly in conflict with other persons or groups. He is unable to experience guilt, is completely selfish and callous, and has a total disregard for the rights of others. This premise is supported by overwhelming scientific evidence. 

Behavioral scientists generally agree that the outstanding characteristics of the psychopathic personality are the almost complete absence of ethical or moral development and an almost total disregard for appropriate patterns of behavior. This characteristic has led to a misunderstanding of the psychopath as someone who does not know the difference between right and wrong. This belief is not true; psychopaths simply ignore the concept of right and wrong.

Unlike other extreme pathological syndromes, only a very small percentage of psychopaths are committed to mental hospitals with another small percentage ending up in penal institutions. The majority of psychopaths function very well in society. [MORE]

The question is not whether looking back on the incident you believe that the use of force was necessary. The question is whether [name of defendant], under the circumstances as they appeared to him/her at the time of the incident, actually believed s/he was in imminent danger of bodily harm, and could reasonably hold that belief. 

A. NONDEADLY FORCE A person may use a reasonable amount of force in self-defense. A person may use an amount of force which, at the time of the incident, s/he actually and reasonably believes is necessary to protect himself/herself from imminent bodily harm.

"Deadly force" is force that is likely to cause death or serious bodily harm. While Palestinian Liberation Organisation (PLO) official Nabil Sheath expressed hope Sunday night that negotiations would continue, very different noises were coming out of Israel.

“Destroy and damage infrastructure, public buildings and government buildings. We must make sure that Hamas will be spending many years rebuilding Gaza, and not attacking Israel,” he continued.

A few days ago he said, “The goal of the operation is to send Gaza back to the Middle Ages, only then will Israel be calm for the next 40 years.”
