NY Hate Crime Lawsuit Dismissed Due to Insufficient Service: White Teens Murder Latino Man in Racial Attack

A process server delivered the court summons and complaint to a state criminal court building rather than the county clerk's office. The family of Ecuadorean immigrant Marcelo Lucero announced the lawsuit against Suffolk County and its police department last year. Lucero was fatally stabbed on Nov. 8, 2008, by a group of white teenagers in Patchogue. The attackers told a judge they targeted Hispanics for kicks.

The lawsuit put a spotlight on increasing tensions involving the county's growing immigrant population. Marcelo Lucero had been walking with a friend when he was attacked by seven white teenagers looking to assault Hispanic immigrants. One of the attackers, Jeffrey Conroy, stabbed Lucero, 37, killing him.

Addidas Introduces Slave Shoe. A new shoe unveiled by Adidas last week has kicked off a chain reaction, as sneaker fans around the world slammed the company for creating a racist design. The shoes, dubbed the JS Roundhouse Mids, were featured in a June 14 post on the Adidas Originals Facebook page. The purple and orange sneakers come with a set of plastic “shackles” that strap around the ankles. "Got a sneaker game so hot you lock your kicks to your ankles?" the company asked in the Facebook post. In a statement to the Daily News on Monday, Adidas dismissed the criticism. "The design of the JS Roundhouse Mid is nothing more than the designer Jeremy Scott’s outrageous and unique take on fashion and has nothing to do with slavery," the company said. [MORE] 

Pro white, Christian identity' hate group registers to lobby in Washington, DC. Earlier this year, The American Nazi Party registered to become lobbyist in Washington and now they aren't alone. This past week, Crusaders For Yahweh-Aryan Nations LLC, filled out forms to become registered lobbyist. The group descries themselves as "pro white, Christian identity, white nationalism," who plan on lobbying under the platform of "political rights and ballot access laws." Speaking to The Hill, the head pastor of the group, Paul Mullet, says that the group plans to be politically active and that lobbying is just one part of their effort. The group has nearly 40 affiliates across the country and have plans to tackle political office in the local elections.[MORE] 

Montana Republicans Erect ‘Obama Outhouse’ At Montana GOP Convention. A shotgun, an outhouse, and a birth certificate stamped “bullshit” all made appearances at Montana’s GOP convention over the weekend. At Saturday’s convention in Missoula, Montana, a few convention-goers set up outside with an outhouse labeled “Obama’s Presidential Library.” But that wasn’t the most outrageous part. According to the Missoulian, the outhouse was also decorated in sexism, birtherism, and implicit threats: The outhouse was painted to look as though it had been riddled by bullets. Inside, a fake birth certificate for Barack Hussein Obama made reference to the disproven controversy over the president’s origins. It was stamped “Bull––.” A graffito advised “For a Good Time call 800-Michelle (crossed out), Hillary (crossed out) and Pelosi (circled in red.)” State GOP Chairman Will Deschamps of Missoula said he didn’t know who’d brought the outhouse, but dismissed it as “a sideshow.” [MORE] 

Mainstream Media Giving Voice to Anti-Immigrant Hate Groups. As anti-immigrant legislation has flooded state houses from coast to coast over the past two years -- culminating most notably with the Supreme Court's review of Arizona's controversial SB 1070 -- the nation's print media have given voice to the anti-immigrant special interest groups cheerleading (and in some cases orchestrating) these initiatives. Many of these groups have ties to white nationalist organizations and racists, and at least one has been designated a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center. These extremist ties have not prevented the nation's most respected newspapers, as well as the Associated Press and Reuters, from citing the institutions as authorities on the immigration debate.

In fact, a Media Matters analysis of news coverage since SB 1070's introduction in January 2010 has discovered that the nation's top five newspapers (New York Times, L.A. Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post), the Associated Press, and Reuters have cited these groups over 250 times. [MORE]

White Supremacy Means No Respect: President Heckled During Press Conference in Rose Garden by stupid white man. President Obama announced his new immigration rules today regarding halting deportations of young eligible immigrants and in the process was heckled by Neil Munro, an idiot from Tucker Carlson's conservative show The Daily Caller. At one point after the President addressed him directly, Munro called out, "What about American workers who are unemployed while you employ foreigners?"

"Excuse me sir, it is not the right time for questions sir," Obama said as Munro shouted questions. "Not while I'm speaking." "The next time I prefer you let me finish my statements before you ask your question," Obama said later in his remarks. "I didn't ask for an argument, I'm answering your question." [MORE] 

Albuquerque Police using Hangman's noose on Internal Documents. An "elite" Albuquerque Police Department unit has for decades used the image of a hangman's noose on internal documents such as wanted posters and even as a logo on the wall of the unit's office -- until Chief Ray Shultz on Thursday pulled the plug on the practice under mounting pressure. In an email to local media, Shultz said the Repeat Offender Project, known as the ROP team, would no longer use the logo and apologized to the public. The hangman's noose symbol came to light last week when a department wanted poster was introduced as evidence in a police wrongful death lawsuit in state District Court.

Attorney Shannon Kennedy said she found the symbol when reviewing internal documents released by the department in the case of an Iraq veteran shot dead by officers. "I was surprised and appalled," she told the Los Angeles Times. "This is a logo that symbolizes hatred and violence against African Americans in our country. And this hangman’s noose was their calling card." [MORE] 

Rush Limbaugh: Barack Obama in 'full panic mode'/ has Fake "Black" callers on show. 'Rush Limbaugh on Friday said the Obama administration’s new immigration policy is proof that the president is in “full panic mode” about the upcoming election. “The regime today told the border agents: ‘If you catch young illegals, let ‘em go and grant ‘em work permits.’ No more deportation of illegal immigrants. They are to be given work permits and they can stay in the country,” Limbaugh said, according to a transcript of his show. “So what this is, is ‘Catch, Release, Vote.’” He's broken the law.  He has simply bypassed Congress. Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion is Different from Issuing an Executive Order. Naturally Rush and the rest of the right wing idiots are propagandizing Obama's immigration announcement - saying its illegal. Ignorance or misinformation? It's called "seperation of powers." Media Matters reported that following the Obama administration's announcement that it will grant certain undocumented immigrants the chance to be exempted from deportation, Fox News claimed President Obama had issued the decision as an executive order, implying he did so to circumvent Congress. In fact, the change is an exercise of prosecutorial discretion that is consistent with the current law and has decades of precedent. [MORE] Prosecutorial discretion is the inherent power of the executive. It is the authority to decide whether to enforce the law and to what extent. Prosecutors in local criminal matters for instance, have the prosecutorial discretion to file charges against an individual or not. Unless there is some statute requiring automatic enforcement of the law (probably Unconstitutional), the Executive has the power to decide what laws he will enforce and what remedies to seek, if any - bw.  

Poll Finds that White New Yorkers Support Stop & Frisk of Blacks & Latinos

From [HERE]  A slight majority of New York City voters disapproves of the Police Department's stop-and-frisk policies, with opinion sharply divided along racial lines, according to a poll released Thursday.

New York City voters overall oppose stop and frisk 51 percent to 43 percent, the Quinnipiac University poll found. White voters support the practice 56 to 39 percent while black voters oppose it 69 to 21 percent. Hispanics are opposed 51 to 42 percent.

"Stop and frisk is a very divisive issue between black and white voters, but a bare majority disapproves," said Maurice Carroll, director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.

Israeli immigration police, in their fourth day of nationwide raids to round up African illegal immigrants, say they have already arrested at total of 270 people, mostly from South Sudan. White High School Students Suspended After Drawing Racist Picture Involving Obama & Noose Students at a Baltimore County high school drew a racially offensive picture on a classroom board last week and then sent it out on Twitter, prompting the principal to call police and suspend several students. The picture, drawn during class at Eastern Technical High School, shows three nooses hanging from the rafters of a building, according to Baltimore County police spokesman Cathy Batton. Beside the ropes are a burning cross with three stick figures in pointed hats, suggesting the Ku Klux Klan. To the right is a grave marker with the name Barack Obama at the top; under the president's name are two racial epithets. [MORE] The students have been suspended. [MORE]

Steel Company to Pay Black Man $25 Million for Racist Mistreatment. A jury has awarded $25 million in damages to an employee of Luxembourg-based steel company ArcelorMittal (IW 1000/40) who says for years he endured racial harassment at his workplace, his lawyer confirmed Wednesday. Elijah Turley, an African-American, had testified in a three-week trial that racial slurs and other incidents from 2005 to 2008 at a Lackawanna, New York, steel plant left him a broken man. He described the graffiti that adorned the walls of his work place. He vividly remembers “KKK” and “King Kong” spray painted across the walls of the plant, and a stuffed monkey with a noose around its neck hanging from his driver’s side mirror. "It's absolutely shocking that a case like this is in court in 2012," his lawyer, Ryan Mills, said in his closing argument. "It should be viewed as atrocious and intolerable in a civilized society." Romney Advisor says Republicans are Rooting Against the Economy! A media strategist who was a senior adviser to Mitt Romney when he ran for governor in 2003 said that he thinks Republican lawmakers are “rooting against the economy” to ensure that President Obama doesn’t win re-election. Rob Gray, a senior adviser on Romney’s gubernatorial campaign, is a Republican media strategist who owns Gray Media, which lists an assortment of Republican officials among its past clients. 

HOST: Plenty of pundits, Rob, are suggesting that GOP lawmakers might be dragging their heels when it comes to trying to turn it around in fears that it might actually help the president. Are you buying that?

GRAY: Well, I’m not buying that they’re dragging their heels. I am buying that they’re rooting against the economy somewhat because they think that the short-term pain of, you know, the next four months is much better than having additional four years of pain under Obama. They believe the government should spend less and that they have better economic ideas than the president does. Suit Alleges History of Racial Discrimination at Goodyear. A worker's recent lawsuit against Goodyear describes an alleged history of racism at the company's Beaumont rubber plant. The lawsuit lists the following alleged incidents as evidence of the problems at the plant:

A noose was found hanging up between the P&L lines at unit 880

Late 2010 or early 2011
An employee found in a desk drawer a letter stating that "n------ are lazy."

January or February 2011
A Goodyear operator disclosed to other employees, including plaintiff Kenan Alexander, that he heard an employee in the Natsyn Unit that he disliked "n----- President Obama and also that all n------ thought they were running the country now." The operator claims supervisors and employees in attendance laughed at the comments.

February 2011
A white employee referred to black employees at the plant as "Negroes and colored." Plaintiff Kenan Alexander claims he told the white employee, "it's 2011 and you can't refer to them as such." Alexander alleges he reported the incident to the foreman, but the foreman took the incident lightly and did not admonish the employee.

2009-2010
Graffiti in the plant's bathroom and cafeteria depicted KKK swastikas. The graffiti was removed but is "occasionally reappeared in the same places."

2007-2008

Bloomberg Tells Black Church - Racist NYPD Stop and Frisk Policy will Continue

The stop-and-frisk program that has drawn outrage "should be mended, not ended," the mayor told worshippers at the First Baptist Church of Brownsville. Instead, Bloomberg said New York Police Department officers are being retrained to conduct the stops with what he called "civility."

"With every ounce of my being, I believe that our city has the responsibility to save lives and drive down crime," he said. "And I believe just as strongly that our police department has the responsibility to treat people in every community with the respect that they deserve." Bloomberg said the NYPD is working with community groups so people who are stopped are not treated in the rough manner Bishop Gerald Seabrooks said sometimes includes slamming young men against walls.

Racial Graffiti Scrawled On Local Apartment Building. Scrawled in chalk had been the N-word as well as a swastika. On the sidewalk – a pentagram and the number “666.” Joshua Johnson, a single father, came home Wednesday afternoon and found racial slurs on the brick wall outside his Greensburg apartment. Johnson believes his multi-cultural family might have prompted it.“I’m like the only black person in the building basically,” he said. “Being a black man fathering three white boys and a black boy – a lot of mixed emotions from people.” [MORE]

In all, there were more stops of young African-American men than the total of population of that group in the city. "This is not about criminals — this is about a generation that has been criminalized, targeted and brutalized by the police," says organizer Jamel Mims, a victim of stop-and-frisk. We’re also joined by NAACP President Benjamin Jealous, who is helping to organize a silent march against racial profiling in New York City on Father’s Day, June 17. "This is the biggest, most aggressive racial profiling problem that we have in this country, and it just has to be stopped," Jealous says.

Fear of a Colored Planet Fuels Racism: Global White Population Shrinking, Less than 10%

Yesterday the Census Bureau made it official: White births are no longer a majority in the United States. The new projections predict that groups that are now labelled minorities will form the greater part of the country's population by 2042. [more] What does it mean?

The Coming Death of the Republican Party

Pat Buchanan explained that it almost surely means the end of the Republican Party as a national governing institution. Republicans now depend on the vanishing majority for fully 90 percent of their votes in presidential elections, while the Democratic Party wins 60 to 70 percent of the Asian and Hispanic vote and 90 to 95 percent of the black vote.The Democratic base is growing inexorably, while the Republican base is shriveling.

Already, California, Illinois and New York are lost. The GOP has not carried any of the three in five presidential elections. When Texas – where whites are a minority and a declining share of the population – tips, how does the GOP put together an electoral majority? [MORE]

A Non-White Planet 

Also, the new census data is simply a reflection of the reality that the worldwide white population is somewhere below 10% and shrinking. In 1950, whites were 28 percent of world population. Now the number of people from European descent is estimated to have dropped to 9.8 percent or less. [MORE] and [MORE]

According to the National Policy Institute "more arresting is that the white population is shrinking not only in relative but in real terms. Two hundred million white people, one in every six on earth - a number equal to the entire population of France, Britain, Holland and Germany - will vanish by 2060."

I suppose it also "arresting" that white genes are recessive. As a result, the white race cannot reproduce when it intermingles or mixes with non-white persons. As stated by Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, "White can be genetically annihilated. White plus Black equals Colored. White plus Brown equals Colored. White plus Yellow equals Colored." Her words have immediate relevalnce to yesterday's story.

Racism = A System of Survival

According to Welsing, racism is a system of white behavior and survival: "I say that this [genetic annihilation] is the fundamental motivation of people who classify themselves as White, whether it is conscious and/or subconsciously determined. In other words: what the White Collective is doing on the planet is engaging in behaviors—in economics, education, entertainment, labor, law, politics, religion, sex and more—in order for them to survive on the planet, by any means necessary.

4th Amendment Not Real for Blacks & Latinos in NYC - Police 'Stop and Frisk' More than Ever

• Couple Reaches Settlement In Alleged Police Beating [MORE] 

From [HERE] New York City police officers stopped and questioned more than 200,000 people in the just the first three months of 2012, setting up a record pace for much criticized tactic. The "Stop, Question, Frisk" policy has been a major initiative for the NYPD, which credits the tactic as a key contributor to a years-long drop in street crimes. However, numerous studies have shown that the stops overwhelmingly target black and Latino males. A recent study by the ALCU released last week showed that were 168,000 stops of young black men last year, which exceeds the actual population of young black men living in the city.

NYCLU also revealed that although blacks and Hispanics comprised just 14 % of the population in six precincts, they still accounted for more than 70 % of the stops there. [MORE] 

Police have been given the authority "stop and frisk" anyone on "reasonable suspicion" of being involved in a crime — a much lower standard than probable cause — yet more that 90 percent of those stopped are never charged with anything.

NYPD Stop & Frisk Trial Set to Start

From [HERE] Nearly two dozen demonstrators who criticized police for stopping and frisking people on city streets are gearing up for one of the city's biggest political protest trials in recent years, at least in terms of sheer numbers.

Twenty-two people arrested at an October protest, including prominent Princeton University professor and civil-rights activist Cornel West, are scheduled to go on trial Monday. The case could become a forum for airing complaints about the street stops of hundreds of thousands of people, mostly minorities, each year.

At least since the famous trial of the Chicago Seven in 1969 and '70, group trials have held appeal for some protesters who see an opportunity to spotlight and amplify their message, though at the potential cost of a conviction and jail time.

So do the stop-and-frisk demonstrators, many of whom turned down offers that would eventually have gotten their cases dismissed.

An Augusta, Ga., group, The National Policy Institute, has meshed the figures on fertility rates with the continents and races on Planet Earth - to visualize what the world will look like in 2060.

In 1950, whites were 28 percent of world population and Africans 9 percent, a ratio of three-to-one. In 2060, the ratio will remain the same. But the colors will be reversed. People of African ancestry will be 25 percent of the world's population. People of European descent will have fallen to 9.8 percent.

Since the mid-1980's, AIDS and HIV had silently devastated Black America Several respected and renowned scientists, nutritionists, and medical doctors have come forth with convincing evidence that these diseases are man made biological weapons produced in government laboratories for the purpose of decimating Black people world wide. Dr. Jack Felder, a biochemist who was employed by the US army in it's germ warfare program, discloses that the AIDS epidemic was planned and commissioned with the sanction of the United States government and the World Health Organization.[6] And Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, makes the case that HIV/AIDS, is the result of a national security strategy hatched under the Nixon and Carter administrations to reduce the populations of Black and Brown people. Dr. Horowitz writes that Nixon's National Security Advisor, Henry Kissinger, called for massive third world depopulation, fearing that overpopulation in third world countries would place a drain on western resources and lead to the destabilization of the United States.
