(racism is done for survival/fear) New Reports Reveal Widening Racial Disparity in Sentencing & "Staggering Growth" of Prison Population

Prison sentences of black men were nearly 20% longer than those of white men for similar crimes in recent years, an analysis by the U.S. Sentencing Commission found in a new report released Thursday. That racial gap has widened since the Supreme Court restored judicial discretion in sentencing in 2005, according to the Sentencing Commission's findings, which were submitted to Congress last month and released publicly this week. Another new report from the Congressional Research Service (CRS) attributes staggering growth in the federal prison population over the last 30 years in part to failed sentencing and correctional policies. 

According to the report, the increase is due largely to changes in federal sentencing and correctional policy, including mandatory minimum sentences and the elimination of federal parole. The result has been a “historically unprecedented” increase that has impacted hundreds of thousands of lives and cost billions of dollars:

• From 1980 to 2012, the federal prison population has ballooned from 25,000 to 219,000, a 790% increase.
• Population has increased by approximately 6,100 inmates each year since 1980. In the 50 years before that, the population increased by 12,000 total.
• From 2000 to 2011, appropriations for the Bureau of Prisons increased by more than $2.7 billion.

More than 60% of the people in prison are non-white. One in four Black men is likely to be imprisoned.  For Black males in their thirties, 1 in every 10 is in prison or jail on any given day. These trends have been intensified by the disproportionate impact of the "war on drugs," in which two-thirds of all persons in prison for drug offenses are people of color. [MORE]

Incarcerating Black People to Survive. White people lack color and they dislike this difference. Their lack of melanin also means that they are genetically recessive - white people cannot reproduce themselves when they intermingle or mix with non-white persons. White plus Black equals Colored. White plus Brown equals Colored. White plus Yellow equals Colored. As such, White can be genetically annihilated. Indeed white people are the vanishing majority in the U.S. and are surrounded by a non-white global majority - whites now represent less than 10% of the world's population --and their numbers continue to diminish.

The ultimate objective of white supremacy is collective white genetic survival. The destruction of Black males for the purpose of white genetic survival is the reason behind the ever increasing disparity between the prison sentences of non-white and white defendants for similar crimes as reported Thursday by the U.S. Sentencing Commission. [MORE] According to Frances Cress Welsing, "white genetic survival is the dynamic behind the high incarceration rate of Black males in the U.S., which is globally second to none [MORE]. The United States has less than 5% of the world's population. But it has almost a quarter of the world's prisoners."  The high rate of Black male incarceration contributes in genocidal fashion to the prevention of Black births and the Black male-supported development of all Black children, particularly boys.

Racism is mistreatment of non-white people by white people on the basis of color. Racism is not merely a pattern of individual and/or institutional practice; it is a universal "operating system" of white supremacy and domination in which the majority of the world's white people participate. [MORE]

Fuller explains that race is "organization." [MORE] The goal of the white supremacy system is none other than the establishment, main­tenance, expansion and refinement of world domination by members of a group that classifies itself as the white "race." This system dominates all areas of people activity (economics, education, entertainment, labour, law, politics, religion, sex and war). 

The core dynamic of white genetic survival may eventually lead whites to a major act of genocide (destruction of the genes of non-white people), or toward genocidal imperatives.
